  • Q1An message with this instruction appeared.
    "No SMTP server connection information is set. Please check the initial settings when OASE was installed."
    AThis message is displayed when there is an error in the contents of the set SMTP Server Connection information.
    Please use the example listed below to reconfigure your connection information.

    ■How to configure it
    [If it's possible to directly access the database]
    Directly set the value in the value collumn in the OASE_T_SYSTEM.config_id=""OASE_MAIL_SMTP"" record.

    [If you dont have direct access to the database]
    set the value to oasemail_smtp in the "oase_answers.txt" file you set when installing OASE and reboot the system.

Action history

  • Q1In the detailed Action history log, "Could not acquire execution status",
    meaning that I cant see the results of the ITA Action.
    APlease check if ITA is running normally.
